Painted Sky Craft Fair

I was thrilled to do my first craft fair with my dear friend Sarah. A fellow Etsian, we shared hot coffee and browsed the local fair scene with high hopes. A few sales kept us revved for more, but the day was over all too quickly. We were left wanting more and after 2 phone calls I found a recurring event! It was so exciting to mingle among other artists and get into the holiday spirit with all the handmade goodies. I know there will be many more to come!

Christmas is coming!!!

Today I had the pleasure of creating a arm and legwarmer set for a dear friend of mine. She's shopping for the holidays and placed her custom order early, so I had the time to get it ready for her before the rush of Christmas time comes! Such an honor it felt to be the creator of a gift for someone, knowing that the best gifts are the hardest to give away! Now I am busy getting the rest of her order done and for the holidays. I have been invited to participate as a vendor in a craft fair and I am super excited, but the more I can create by then, the more I can sell, so I'm off to knit some more!!

1st noted sale!!!

Thanks starpod for being my very first etsy customer!!! What a fun way to start! Starpod sent me a converstion requesting a custom order. We both waited anxiously for the special order yarn to come in, and then I was knitting like crazy to get these adorable matching beanies ready before starpod's baby came!! I made a newborn and a toddler version of the same hat with black and hot pink stripes. Now she's all set for that baby to get here!
